City view in My Story Hotel Augusta
The hotel lives up to its name. It is very charmingly located in the middle of the city but is very quiet at night. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice and clean and we have a nice view of the city since it is almost Christmas. The lights and decorations outside are beautiful and what I also love is the personalized welcome message with my name on it and so many compliments in the room, the drinks and especially the famous Pastel de Nata. The breakfast is also delicious and plentiful. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Amazing location - very central. Staff were very helpful and accommodating and upgraded us to a street view room on arrival. The airport transfers the hotel arranged for us were also very good and very courteous. There are so many places to eat and drink in the area - the train station is also only a 5 minute walk away. The bed was very comfy and although we were facing a very noisy street the room was so we’ll sound proofed that you couldn’t hear anything once the windows were closed. All in all a very enjoyable stay in Lisbon and would recommend this hotel as it was amazing

The location was great and a short Uber ride from most things we wanted to see. The breakfast was great and very robust with eggs, bacon, sausages, various cheeses, fruit and pastries. There was any kind of espresso or coffee as well as fresh juice and Prosecco to make mimosas. This was a great value. Also, surprisingly the room was very quiet once you closed the bathroom door. It was odd actually as there were street performers every night which you could hear loudly in the bathroom but when that door from the bathroom to the room was closed, it was virtually silent.

Loved the location. It was so close to transit, easy to get an Uber and walk around. Very vibrant at night with people everywhere. The windows are super thick so once you close the window, you can barely hear any of the noise on the street which was wonderful. Comfortable bed and some storage in the room. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast was pretty good. We ate it a couple times. There’s lots of options including eggs and bacon so the value for breakfast was good. We also got there very early and they let us check in which was very nice after 17 hours of travel.

the location was right in the middle of it all. lots of hustle bustle around but when we went to bed at night it was quiet in our room. the room was beautiful well designed and had everything we needed. the bathroom was big and the shower was nice. the staff was friednly and easy to chat with. they helped us get a shuttle to the airport which was way less expensive than a cab. while we hired a tuktuk to take us through the city one day, we could get so many places from this location including to the train station. great food all around.
